opening  the empty casket, the room is now filled

the thin air couldn't fill my lungs regardless

like a bird waiting for life and a rain of colors

using the only escape to imagine the future

my future. our future?

the day after today never came for some of us

a single drop of happiness can change reality

i learned that on the edge of danger, either way

the green lady patiently waits for her dead husband to fall asleep
